- sarasota ballroom. Boasting 9,875 square feet, this exquisite ballroom is one of the largest convention center venues in the state. Invite 1,250 guests to your reception, trade show or conference, or entertain as many as 750 guests at a formal, seated banquet. Divide the venue into eight separate sections, or use the sections in combinations; possibilities are nearly limitless. Breathtaking 16 foot ceilings leave your guests with just the right impression of grandeur.
- ringling room. Featuring 902 square feet, The Ringling Room on our lower lobby level allows you to entertain 75 guests graciously in an elegant reception, or 60 guests for a seated lunch or dinner. Your guests can also enjoy the partially-covered outdoor terrace, overlooking our beautifully landscaped gardens.
- palm terrace. The Palm Terrace offers 1,400 square feet of inviting, newly renovated space for your reception, banquet or convention. Invite 120 guests in a reception-style arrangement or 80 to a seated banquet.
